• "Content" means all text, graphics, images, data, guides, reviews, comparisons, ratings, tools and other materials published on the Platform by bedpro.
• "Third-Party Operator" means any online gambling, sports betting or casino platform referenced, described or discussed on the Platform, which is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with bedpro.
• "Intellectual Property" means all copyright, trademarks, trade names, logos, database rights and other proprietary rights subsisting in the Platform and its Content.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, statutes and codes applicable to the User in their jurisdiction of residence, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and any applicable provincial legislation.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan, used in illustrative monetary examples throughout the Platform.

Nature of the Platform

bedpro is an independent information and entertainment platform. It is not a gambling operator, casino, sportsbook, or betting exchange. bedpro does not accept deposits, process withdrawals, hold player funds, issue bonus credits, or facilitate any gambling transactions whatsoever.

• Transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, threatening or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other malicious or technologically harmful material into the Platform.

Any breach of this section may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property rights in and to the Platform and its Content — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, data compilations, software, design elements, trade names and logos — are owned by or licensed to bedpro. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce or distribute any Content for commercial purposes;
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Content;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices;
• Sub-license, sell, rent or otherwise transfer any rights granted under this licence.

Where Content on the Platform references or displays third-party trademarks, product names or brand identities — including those of operators, game developers, or payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — such references are made for descriptive and informational purposes only and do not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by those parties.

Third-Party Operators

The Platform may contain information about, or references to, third-party gambling operators, sportsbooks, casino platforms and related services. bedpro's inclusion of such information does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or approval of any such operator.

bedpro makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and currency of information presented about third-party operators. • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability or timeliness of any Content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bedpro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling with any third-party operator;
• Reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate or outdated;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions;
• Any matter beyond bedpro's reasonable control.

Responsible Gambling

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to the Platform and any downstream engagement with online gambling operators complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction. bedpro expressly disclaims any representation as to the legality of online gambling in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
